RACW seeks proposals from licensed risk assessors in support of Washington County's Home Improvement Programs. RACW intends to select a risk assessor to provide inspection, testing, clearance and related services in accordance with HUD's Lead Safe Housing Regulation. The specific services being sought by RACW are identified in RFP #716. Qualifications and Experience of Risk Assessor and Technical Staff - 60 points Timeliness of Work - 24 points Compensation - 10 points Participation by Small Business Firm, Minority Owned Enterprise or Women Owned Enterprise - 6 points Total Possible Points - 100 points All qualified proposers will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religious creed, ancestry, national origin, age, handicap or sex.
