Renovation of a detention facility in Washington, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
a) Prepare all surfaces to remove stain, grease, and dirt from the area. Demo any pertinent areas of flooring, cove strips, etc. and guarantee site removal, reflect demo and removal costs in total bid price. b) Furnish flooring for the specified area to be slip and stain resistant. c) Prefer Component flooring with cove base, epoxy, curing agent, coloring and aggregate. d) Surface coating at least 1/16 thick with stain resistance and quick curing times to ensure the least disturbance to day-to-day operations at the WCCF. e) Color flaking options (1/4 flakes) and epoxy sealed. f) Joints cut and sealed with a urethane-based sealant. g) Price of requisite mobilizations to be included in total bid price as final. h) Evening work preferred. i) Clean and prep the site for Owner use following installation. The Washington County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bid proposals.
