The proposed scope of the 2021 Capital Project includes: Bus Garage: - Replace Storage Bay Floor & Drain; New Radon System Elementary School: - Terrazzo Floor Repair; Terrazzo Stair & Landing Repairs; Isolation Valve Installation; Flooring Renovations; District Office HVAC; Classroom Mechanical Upgrades; Classroom Air Conditioning; Sidewalk/Concrete Repairs; Replace Grease Trap Jr./Sr. High School: - Toilet Room Renovations; Main Office Renovations; Music Room Renovations; Library Renovations; Science Labs Renovations; Technology Room Renovations; Nurses Office Renovations; Air Conditioning Upgrades; New Unisex Toilet and Copy Room; Lighting & Ceiling Upgrade; Concrete & Brick Repairs. The referendum was approved by voters on March 12, 2021. As of December 21, 2021, this project is being reviewed by NYSED. Advertisement for bidding is anticipated to occur in March or April 2022.
