Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Deposit, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The work consists of the PAGE POND ROAD NORTH & SOUTH CULVERT REPLACEMENTS for the Town of Sanford. Bidders must provide a bid guaranty of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount bid. Prospective bidders may view the project site at their discretion. More detailed information regarding the bid guaranty, contractors' responsibilities pertaining to prevailing wages, and certified payrolls can be found in the Bid Documents and Contract. Bids must remain valid for 30 calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to award the contract in its best interests. All requests for clarification and information related to this project and bid shall be submitted in writing (email preferred) no later than 2:00 PM EST, February 27, 2026. Requests made after that time may not receive a response. QA date - 3-4-2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents should be emailed to John Mastronardi, P.E. at jmastronardi@griffithsengineering.com. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda e-mailed to all parties having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than two days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
