Description

Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Deposit, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Sealed bids will be received for Contract No. 2 of a Capital Improvements Project. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond made payable to the Owner, according to the amounts and terms in the Instructions to Bidders and Supplementary Instructions to Bidders. Printed copies of the contract documents may be obtained from Dataflow Inc., with a refundable deposit required. All bids must comply with the bidding requirements specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities or to reject any and all bids, but will not waive any informality that gives one Bidder a substantial advantage. Bids may not be withdrawn for forty-five (45) days after opening, unless a mistake or error is claimed in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
