Wanted features of the Child Care center: a. 3,000-4,000 sq. footage for center. b. Emphasis on ages 0-13. c. Teacher/child ratios for licensing and also best practice ratios for highest quality d. Pro /Con for various options, and recommended classroom age configurations for building. e. Onsite Commercial Kitchen Area f. Laundry Room/Utility Room g. Staff Break Room h. Private Nursing Area i. Indoor multipurpose/play area j. Central Office for Admin k. Parking spaces for 14 number of cars l. Pick up/Drop off Incorporation
