Major Quantities on the Project Include: 1 LS Mobilization 1 LS Traffic Control 2,810 LF 8-inch CIPP Sanitary Sewer Lining 20 LF Manhole Lining 5 EA Point Repairs by Grout. Bidders Proof of Responsibility must be submitted to SEH in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Contractors on the Project shall be required to comply with the minimum wages in effect for the State of Wisconsin. The City of Black River Falls reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City.
