The City of Twentynine Palms is requesting quotes for Furniture in a plaza for the Downtown Redevelopment Project known as Project Phoenix. All sellers providing a quote shall be registered with SAM (System for Award Management) and supply a current CAGE Code (Government and Commercial Entity Code) with the quote. No installation is required from the seller. Supplier will provide a schedule for delivery which shall accommodate for City's target date for installation of March 1, 2022. Supplier will provide detailed specifications for all items listed and images of all items quoted. Supplier will provide a list of material and color samples. All items should include a minimum (3) three-year warranty. Supplier will be selected based on style, quality, and cost of product. 1. Metal Umbrellas 4 (four) Metal umbrellas/shade (aluminum) that are perforated to allow for the wind to flow through. a. All umbrella/shade units shall be capable of standing up to heavy use in an urban environment, extreme heat, and extreme wind. Provide wind speed rating for the umbrellas/shades if the option is included. b. Umbrellas/shades shall be powder coated. Please include the list of available colors.
