Additionally, this project consists of constructing a portion of new paved roadway along Lear Avenue at the intersection with 2 Mile Rd. Work on the Project shall be completed within 40 working days. Bids must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or a Bid Bond in favor of the City in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the submitted Total Bid Price.
