The project is located at 200 E. Bard Road in the City of Oxnard on City-owned property. The scope of the Work and limits are shown on Sheets 1 through 6 of the Plan set. The scope of Work consists of the following: o Removal of concrete pavement and overall site demolition as indicated on drawings -Cleaning and video recording of existing storm drain pipes/system - Drainage facilities installation - Fine grading - Subgrade preparation and construction of new concrete - Installation of roof gutters and down drains (4 locations) - Relocation of two play stations -Removal and resetting of artificial turf -Stormwater management - Clean up The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, supplies and services, and performing all labor required to complete the proposed improvements and appurtenant Work.
