The City of Oxnard invites proposals from qualified contractors to provide chemical supply and delivery to the Oxnard Wastewater Treatment Plant and the Water Resources Campus per the specifications and general requirements indicated in the enclosed RFP. It is the intent to award multiple vendors for these commodities to ensure the availability of the product to the City. The period of performance anticipated for this solicitation and shall be for two (2) years, with each year renewable in one (1) year increments from (July 1st, 2022 thru June 30th, 2024) or effective upon signature of an Agreement by both parties, unless terminated earlier. This annual renewal shall be based on mutually acceptable services, cost adjustments, and the City requirements and there is no obligation by the City to purchase any specified amount of goods or services. July 1st, 2022 Contracted work begins
