The City of Oxnard is soliciting non-exclusive pricing for Irrigation Parts and Supplies. The City is seeking the best pricing for a range of products, to be used in the daily operation for Public Work Staff. Parts and supplies will be for irrigation repairs and improvement projects within the City of Oxnard. We would also like a general percentage discount for other products not on the item list. January 11, 2022 Last day for Questions by Bidders February 28, 2022 Contracted work begins The period of performance anticipated for this solicitation and shall be for Three (3) years, with each year renewable in one (1) year increments from February 28, 2022 thru February 27, 2025, or effective upon signature of an Agreement by both parties, unless terminated earlier The City reserves the right to award contracts to multiple bidders when considering the best overall value to the City. Bidders may withdraw their Proposals/Bids/Quotes at any time prior to the due date and time by submitting notification of withdrawal signed by the Bidder's authorized agent. Proposals/Bids/Quotes cannot be changed or modified after the date and time designated for receipt. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals/Bids/Quotes received because of this request, to negotiate with any qualified source or to cancel in part or in its entirety this Request of Proposal/Request for Bid if it is in the best interest of the City.
