Proposals must be sent via email to the Director of Purchasing at Deanna.Rantz@oxnardunion.org . Questions must be submitted, in writing to Deanna Rantz, Director of Purchasing via email, no later than the RFI deadline noted in the RFP. Such bidder's security must be in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of such bidder's bid as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into the proposed contract. Awarded company is required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds and insurance certificates. In the event that a bidder is awarded the contract and such bidder fails to enter into said contract or provide the necessary documents within ten (10) calendar days after notification of the award of the contract to bidder, said security will be forfeited. The Oxnard Union High School District shall be the sole judge of the quality of items offered and reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to accept or reject any one or more items of a proposal or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the proposals or in the solicitation process. No bidder may withdraw their proposal for a period of ninety (90) days after the proposal due date On behalf of the Oxnard Union High School District Governing Board of Trustees
