The Borough of Glendon hereby requests proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide professional engineering services to the Borough for projects involving United States Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grants ("CDBG") and other federally funded grants for FY2022-2024. Contracts for ongoing services may be negotiated on an as needed basis, separately from the grant work. A full description of the required services, required qualifications, and evaluation criteria can be obtained by contacting Beth Young, Borough Secretary, Glendon Borough Hall, 24 Franklin Street, Glendon, Pennsylvania 18042 at (610) 253-1577 or by e-mail request addressed to glendonboro@rcn.com. The Borough of Glendon reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the RFQ process and to award the contract(s) ( ) in the best interest of the Borough. All qualified proposers will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religious creed, ancestry, y national origin, age, handicap, or sex.
