CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 7/20/2020 5:00 PM The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight. The project involves the reconstruction of approximately 800 feet of roadway, stormwater improvements, and a traffic detour. Reconstruction of Berger Road as described on project plans and bid documents. Install and maintain, for the duration of the project, all detour signs as shown on project plans. Install all stormwater piping and inlets as shown on plans. Remove old roadway and install new stone base and install asphalt base and wear course, and line striping, within the limits shown and in accordance with project plans and bid documents. Provide a price, per Square Yard (SY), for the reduction or increase of the roadway area to be reconstructed (Included all work required to reconstruct the roadway as described on the project plans and bid documents) - if necessary due to project funding. A max of 300 SY of roadway can be deducted from or added to the project scope. Provide a price to add a 1.5" 9.5 MM wear course, including leveling course and tack coat, where directed. A maximum of 300 SY would be added to the project scope if necessary. Power requirements and coordination shall be the responsibility of the contractor. Work to include all planning, coordination, safety measures, prevailing wages and required reporting and certification of wages, all bonding and insurance costs as well as all labor and material and equipment costs and all the above shall be included in the fixed prices as well as the unit rate bid price.
