Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Glendon, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight and permits required to replace the pumps and control panels as specified. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the about of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. Immediately following the due date and time, all bids received will be opened online at the Engineer's Office and referred to Glendon Borough for final award. An abstract of the bids received will be available to bidders on following the date and time that bids are due as indicated above. All bidders are encouraged to attend. Questions may be submitted through "Questions" tab on or before 11:00 A.M. on March 7, 2019. Responses will be provided to all registered parties. Glendon Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of sixty days.
