Site work for a water / sewer project in Bellevue, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Major items to be furnished and installed are: Approximately 2,200 LF of 6" C-900 PVC Pipe, 6" through 2" Valves, Fire Hydrants service lines and miscellaneous water line connections. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid (For Contracts exceeding $100,000) A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of City of Bellevue, Texas or negotiable U.S. Government bonds (at par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. Because federal funds are being used, attention is called to the fact that not less than the federally determined prevailing (David Bacon and Related Acts) wage rate, as issued by the Texas Department of Agriculture Office of Rural Affairs and contained in the Contract Documents, must be paid on this project. City of Bellevue, Texas reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by City of Bellevue, Texas for a period not to exceed Sixty (60) days from the date of the opening for Bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract.
