Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bellevue, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bellevue ISD is seeking bids for the roofing of its Ag Science Building. The building is located on the campus at 500 7th Street in Bellevue, Texas. Scope of work includes: 1. Remove debris from roof area 2. Install minimum of 1/2" Expanded Polystyrene insulation over existing roofing system, fastening in accordance with roofing manufacturer 3. Furnish and mechanically fasten, a minimum of 50mil single-ply membrane roofing system (white) that is fabricated of a weft inserted low-shrink, anti-wicking polyester fabric and has a thermoplastic coating material laminated to both sides 4. Install prefabricated flashings around all curbs, deck penetrations, and drains in accordance with membrane manufacturer specifications 5. Encapsulate all parapet walls and cover expansion joints with membrane 6. Install walkpads on serviceable side of AC units 7. Raise Skylights as needed for new roofing. 8. Install minimum of 24ga prefinished fascia bar with coated metal cover at roof perimeter 9. Dispose of all debris in an approve facility in accordance with all local, state, and federal regulations 10. Must include minimum of 20 year warranty 11.
