Construct hoistway and new ADA compliant 3-stop elevator for path of travel continuity from main entry level to upper and lower levels of the Central Library facility. Replace upper level stair and balcony guardrail system at atrium. Renovate existing exterior Library Plaza including new ADA accessible pathways, new landscape and hardscape, irrigation, handrails, sitewalls, and lighting. Renovate the lower level staffing area including new conference rooms, raised ceiling, kitchen area, flooring, and lighting.
