The project replaces the existing structurally deficient bridge located on Hollister Street over Tecolotito Creek, between Los Carneros Road and Cremona Drive. The project is estimated at $11.7 million for preliminary engineering, right-of-way, and construction phases. The City match requirement for this bridge is estimated to be 11.47%, which is the standard under the Highway Bridge Program (HBP). This project is currently in the City of Santa Barbara's FY 2022-2026 CIP. Per the owner, as of September 26, 2023, this project has not begun design.
