Construction of 3,330 feet of 8" sanitary sewer force main from 275 feet west of Lift Station #20 to near the existing outfall located east of County Road 1 near Carefree Drive, and construction of 9,500 feet of fiber optic ducts with conduit and wire from the City of Dunedin's Water Plant on County Road 1 to the new City Communication Building on Belcher Road by way of Solon Avenue right-of-way. Installation will be open-cut in areas of common trenching where the force main and fiber optic run parallel, approximately 3200 feet. Horizontal directional drilling will be required for duct installation at locations as indicated on the plans. Work shall include all erosion control, surface removal and restoration, installation, testing and other associated work required to complete the project. The time allotted for this project is 90 days, for substantial completion. The City of Dunedin, Florida reserves the right to reject any and all bids received, to waive any irregularities or informalities, to re-advertise and to award the Contract in its best interest. Bids which are incomplete or which are not submitted in accordance with instructions in the Invitation may be disqualified.
