The City of Fresno (City), Department of Public Utilities (DPU) is requesting SOQs from qualified civil engineering consulting firms (Respondents) for the assessment of existing conditions, preparation of bidding construction documents and construction support services on a wastewater infrastructure rehabilitation project in the area bound by Shields, Dakota, Fruit and Palm Avenues. The successful Respondent must possess valid and appropriate State of California issued engineering license(s) and shall demonstrate extensive experience with wastewater infrastructure rehabilitations as well as experience with the governing agencies that regulate their operations.
