Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Manteno, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Prices quoted in this proposal shall be guaranteed for a period of ninety (90) days after the date of the proposal opening. The Village of Manteno, hereafter called the Owner, reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, to waive minor informalities in any proposal, or to make award in the best interest of the Owner. Provide all labor and materials needed to complete the HVAC needs of the concession stand including: a. Spiral duct work--commercial exposed grade--ceiling mounted and painted white b. Registers c. PVC piping d. 2--- 88,000 BTU 95% efficient furnaces e. 4 ton AC unit f. 3 ton AC unit g. 2 thermostats h. 2---Bath fans with duct work to exterior All questions should be directed to Jim Hanley (815-929-4821) or Chris LaRocque (815-929- 4803).
