This Request for Supplier Qualifications ("RFSQ") is an invitation by Centre d'excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat and its participating agencies ("CEA FRANCOachat") to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2) for eligibility to perform various minor repairs & small projects on an as-needed basis as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). This competitive procurement process is being completed on behalf of the following school board: Conseil scolaire de district catholique des Aurores boreales 175 High Street North Thunder Bay, ON P7A 8C7 Multiple VOR lists will be created based on the following categories, type of work required and regions. Category: - Carpenter - Plumber - Electrician - HVAC Technician - General Labourer Regions: - Thunder Bay - Superior North - Western Region - Greenstone Only respondents on the Board's VOR list will be invited to bid on the Board's projects, unless otherwise allowed for in this document. Respondents may select to be prequalified for one or more VOR lists and one or more regions. The Board intends to prequalify a maximum of six (6) respondents per region, per type of work and category. VOR lists will be established for each category per region and for the work type and task covered in the scope work. Respondents are to identify the category and region for which they wish to be prequalified for service which can include but not limited to the following: 1) carpenter, 2) plumber, 3) electrician, 4) HVAC and 5) general labourer. Projects with an estimated value < $10,000 Where fees are estimated to be less than $10,000, the Board will provide a description of the repairs required or project to a minimum of one firm from the applicable VOR list. The firm will provide a quotation for services. Projects will be awarded by region at the discretion of the Board to the respondent who offers the best standard pricing and has the experience and capabilities that best align with the project requirements. Projects with an estimated value of $10,000 to < $100,000 Where fees are estimated to be $10,000 to <$100,000, all firms on the VOR list within the specific region of the project, shall be invited to submit a quotation for the work. Projects will be awarded as per the evaluation criteria set out in the competitive procurement documents. Projects where fees are estimated to be over $100,000 will be tendered publicly.
