Renovation of an educational facility in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Colorado Springs School District 11 is requesting proposals from Contractors to replace the boiler plant and related items at Rogers Elementary School. District 11 is seeking contractors to propose on upgrading the boiler Plant at Rogers elementary School. Project includes replacement of esixting boiler plant, primary and secondary pumps, and Building Automation System (BAS). The designated period of performance (construction) will be May 21, 2022 through August 5, 2022 Substantial Completion. Contractor must fully complete project by January 5,2023 Contactor shall furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 50% Labor and Materials Bond. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposal offers and to waive informalities and/or irregularities in the offered proposals. The District reserves the right to accept an offer other than the lowest priced offer, provided that in the sole judgment and discretion of the District, the item/project/service offered is in the best interest of the District.
