The Work under this Project consists of replacing (demolition and new work) the portions of the existing flooring, resilient base, and resilient base & accessories in the Classrooms, Administration Area, Cafeteria, Library, and Classroom Wing Corridors. All shall be completed in accordance with the bid documents, drawings and specifications. All supervision, labor, materials, equipment, tools, and other appurtenances and/or incidentals required, and any other work required as specified in the Contract Documents, shown on the Drawings, or otherwise required to complete the work of this contract in accordance with the Contract Plan/Drawings and Specifications. Bid Security in the amount of Five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be submitted with each Bid. Performance and Payment bonds for one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract will be required by the Owner prior to Contract Award. The cost of bonds is to be included with the bid price. On site construction will begin on June 14, 2022 with all work Substantial Complete on August 26, 2022 and Final Completion Date is September 23, 2022. The Owner also reserves the right to negotiate with the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder should Bid exceed available funds.
