Site work for a road / highway in Windsor, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The work of this contract consists of repairing cracks on 15th Street, County Road 17, Sandstone Court, and Colorado Blvd and within the following subdivisions: Jacoby Farms, Ventana Estates, North Shores, Windsor Manor, Steeplechase, Country Farms, and Westwood Village. The Project is to be substantially complete in 40 working days, and finally complete in 50 working days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Bids shall be a combination of lump sum and unit prices per the Bid Form. Each Bidder shall file with his Bid a an acceptable Bid security in the form of a bidder's bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Bidder to whom a Contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Performance Bond guaranteeing faithful performance and a Labor and Material Payment Bond guaranteeing payment of all debts arising out of the Work. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, and to reject nonconforming, non-responsive, or conditional bids. The decision of the Owner shall be final.
