The Work of this Contract consists of the grading, excavation and placement of concrete, steel fishing pier, hand launch ramp, parking improvements and landscaping All below high-water mark work shall be completed between March 1st and May 15th, 2024. All remaining work associated with this project shall be completed by June 1, 2024. Liquidated damages will commence on June 2, 2023, unless an extension is granted. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, and to reject nonconforming, non-responsive, or conditional bids. The decision of the Owner shall be final.
