Reference Number 0000338398 The Town will require the services from a qualified, professional firm to design, construct, install, and configure two (2) digital message monument signs on two Town owned properties referenced in the attached site map. These signs will be used for communicating Town messages about events, programs and are also intended for providing communications to the public during emergency situations. The goal of this RFP is to contract with a qualified company who will agree to be available to provide quality, professional services in a timely manner to maximize efficiency. Applicant will submit a total fee proposal for performing the entire project as a lump sum, and for each site. Reimbursable expenses and hourly rates that occur outside of the described work can be submitted on a separate page in the proposal package. Contractor must possess five (5) years of experience in digital message sign design and construction; and preferably related to municipal projects.
