In addition, said contractor shall provide a plan detailing removal or abandonment. The goal of this RFP is to contract with a qualified company who will agree to be available to provide quality, professional services in a timely manner to maximize efficiency. Applicant will submit a total fee proposal for performing the entire project as a lump sum, and for each site. Please subdivide the work based on the scope of service below.
