Raindance Non-potable Pump Station - 2. Bidders must be licensed contractors in the State of Colorado. Bids will be received on a unit price and lump sum basis including alternatives as described in the Bidding Documents for any section or combination of sections. The work is expected to be commenced upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed. Completion of the work is required as specified in the Bid Form. Bid security in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid must accompany each bid in the form specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and a labor and material payment bond guaranteeing faithful performance and the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the Contract. No Bid may be withdrawn within a period of forty-five (45) days after the date fixed for opening Bids. The Owner reserves the right to award the contract by sections, to reject any or all Bids, and to waive any informalities and irregularities therein Questions received later than January 2nd, 2024 may not be answered. The project is located near the intersection of E Crossroads Blvd (CR 62) and CR 15, 29981 County Road 15, Windsor, CO 80550
