Site work and paving for a road / highway in Windsor, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Work of this Contract consists of concrete improvements adjacent to streets the Town will be overlaying in 2022 & 2023 as indicated in the drawings and specified herein. All work associated with this project shall be completed by October 31, 2022. Liquidated damages will commence on November 1, 2022, unless an extension is granted. Each Bidder shall file with this Bid an acceptable Bid security in the form of a bidder's bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Bidder to whom a Contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Performance Bond guaranteeing faithful performance and a Labor and Material Payment Bond guaranteeing payment of all debts arising out of the Work. No Bid may be withdrawn for the period of time after the date Bids are opened which is specified in the Bid Form. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, and to reject nonconforming, non-responsive, or conditional bids. The decision of the Owner shall be final.
