The title of submittals shall be endorsed: 'STUTSMAN COUNTY COURTHOUSE - ELEVATOR AND EXIT STAIR JAMESTOWN, NORTH DAKOTA' E-mail submittals shall contain separate/individual attachments to include the following: 1. Enclose each bid in a sealed envelope bearing the title of the Work, the name of the bidder, and the date and hour of the bid opening. Acknowledgement of Addendum(s) should be labeled on the face of the envelope, however, failure to do so will not be grounds for rejecting the bid. Acknowledgement of Addendums should also be identified on the bid form where called for. Bid proposals shall be opened/read only if License and Bond requirements are met. Bid Bonds shall be made payable to State Historical Society of ND. No bids will be read or considered which do not fully comply with the North Dakota bond and license requirements. In compliance with Section 43-07-12 of the North Dakota Century Code, each contractor submitting a bid must provide a copy of his North Dakota Contractor's License or Certification of Renewal thereof, issued by the Secretary of State and must be licensed for the highest amount of his bid combination including alternates. Such license must have been in effect at least 10 days prior to the date of the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities therein. The Owner further reserves the right to hold all legitimate proposals and the bid security of the two lowest Bidders for each G, M and E for a period of thirty (30) days after the date fixed for the opening thereof until Contracts have been awarded and executed.
