For the following work: The work shall consist of roadway resurfacing including 7,765 pounds of Bituminous Materials (Prime Coat), 2,025 tons of Hot-Mix Asphalt Surface Course, Mix D, IL-9.5, N50, 440 tons of Hot-Mix Asphalt Binder Course, IL-19.0, N50, 19,715 square yards of Hot-Mix Asphalt Surface Removal (Var. Types), 12,100 feet of Paint Pavement Marking, Line (4"), and other related work. Prequalification of Bidders in accordance with the applicable parts of IDOT Bureau of Local Roads and Streets Recurring Special Provision Bidding Requirements and Conditions for Contract Proposals (Check Sheet LRS 6) will be required of all bidders on this proposal. Not less than the prevailing rate of wages as found by the Village or the Department of Labor, or as determined by the Court on Review, shall be paid to all laborers, workmen, and mechanics performing work as indicated in the special provisions to the specifications.
