The Village of Sodus Point received funding through the NY Main Street Program to construct six (6) shared outdoor dining spaces along the eastern periphery of Oscar Fuerst Park in the central business district. Because these dining spaces involve some minimal ground disturbance, NYS Homes and Community Renewal is requiring this review. The consultant must complete an environmental assessment o the project site to determine if it is at or near any hazardous materials or contamination in accordance with ASTM guidelines. The services requested can be fulfilled by subcontracting, although it is not likely that will be necessary. Minority and Women owned businesses are strongly encouraged to respond.
