Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Sodus Point, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Replacement of HVAC system for the U.S. Coast Guard Station Sodus Point building including all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision. Contractors shall remove the Furnace and A/C unit and replace with similar units, that are energy efficient and designed to meet the demand for heating and cooling the facility. The Contractor shall furnish all facilities, materials, equipment and services necessary to fulfill the requirements of this contract. The Technician shall recover all remaining refrigerant from the Air Conditioning System and dispose the refrigerant it in accordance with all applicable laws. The contractor will furnish all tools and equipment and provide dumpsters to remove all waste generated. All waste will be disposed of following local and federal laws. The technician shall monitor the operation of the new system at full capacity to ensure the system is running as designed. A C.G member will be present during this system check.
