The City of Naperville is seeking a qualified Contractor to perform flow metering, data analysis and RDII report over a six-month period in the "Sheri Sanitary Sewer Flow Basin". This area includes older sanitary sewer mains dating back to the 1960's, as well as newer pipelines serving residential, commercial and industrial customers. Fourteen flow-metering sites have been selected for this project. (See Table 1.) 4 rain gauges will also be part of this project. The selected contractor will recommend the location of any rain gauges
