College Boreal is out to market in search of a contracting firm to move forward with a renovation project. The project is located on the 4th level of our trade section, in Sudbury, Ontario. The project consists of renovating our existing architecture laboratory and the adjacent classroom. The renovation includes: Existing classroom M4440 has 971 square feet (37'10'' x 25'8''). Erect a wall with 3 new spaces behind it (printer room, work room and storage room). Add new electrical and data outlets. Supply and install new furniture. Mount college provided television to the new wall. Paint all walls, frames and doors. Existing architecture laboratory M4460 has 971 square feet (37'10'' x 25'8''). Modification of some electrical and data components. Bulkhead/wall repair in three small areas where the roof has leaked in the past. Make opening and add double doors between this laboratory and classroom M4440. Paint all walls, frames and doors. The project is slated to start the renovation on February 21, 2022 and be completed by April 1, 2022. Funding for the project has been approved.
