The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia ("BOR") as ("Owner"), on behalf of Fort Valley State University ("FVSU"), ("User") is soliciting statements of qualifications from firms interested in providing professional design services for the construction of a project known as Project No. BR64-2201, "Meat Technology Building Renovation & Expansion" at Fort Valley State University, Fort Valley, Georgia. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify potential providers of the above-mentioned services. Some firms that respond to this RFQ, who are determined by the Owner to be especially qualified, may be deemed eligible and may be invited to interview and offer proposals for these services. This project is proposed for complete renovation of the existing building, plus construct an approximately 7,000 square feet addition.
