SCOPE OF WORK: K.C. Ling Elementary School - four (4) stamped concrete patios approximately 12 ft x 24 ft Hemlock Middle School - two (2) stamped concrete patios approximately 12 ft x 24 ft and one (1) stamped concrete patio approximately 16 ft x 30 ft Remove all existing grass, soil, and asphalt. Concrete shall not be placed during rainy or threatening weather or when the moisture on the surface would prevent satisfactory setting. Do not pour when the air temperature is below 40 degrees F. Grade to allow drainage away from buildings and prevent water from entering building. Install 4" with 400 psi. Base prep, form, reinforcement, pouring of concrete, stamping, and sealing expected. The flatness of the finished product shall have a maximum variation of 1/8" measured with a ten (10') foot straight edge. Areas that fail to conform to this standard shall be repaired at no additional cost to the Owner Bidders shall visit the building area and familiarize themselves with the scope of the project.
