Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Hemlock, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Prices quoted are to be F.O.B. Hemlock, MI. All purchases are to be exempt from all taxes, including state and federal taxes. Exemption certificates will be furnished upon request. Bids shall be firm for ninety (90) days from the date of the bid opening. Questions should be referred to Don Killingbeck, Superintendent, at killingbeck@hemlockps.com or 989-642-5282. Bidders shall visit the building area and familiarize themselves with the scope of the project. Project location is as follows: K.C. Ling Elementary School 835 N Pine St Hemlock, MI 48626 K.C. Ling Elementary School - replace and remove current asphalt along the back of the building, approximately 10 ft x 622 ft with an additional area of 45 ft x 60 ft.
