Technical questions regarding the substance of this IFB must be in writing and submitted to Dave Heath, Parks and Recreation Superintendent, by email at dheath@bullheadcityaz.gov and received no later than January 20, 2022. Questions may then be responded to by written amendment to this document.Oral statements or instructions do not constitute an amendment to the IFB. The City of Bullhead City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses or parts thereto.
