The City of Bullhead City, Arizona is extending an Invitation for Bid (hereinafter "offer(s)" or "IFB") for the installation of approximately 4,710 linear feet of block wall along the perimeter of Community Park. Questions may then be responded to by written amendment to this document. Oral statements or instructions do not constitute an amendment to the IFB. A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held for this project. Bid Bond: 10% Payment Bond: 100% Performance Bond: 100% Project Completion Date: 90 Calendar days or less after Notice to Proceed. The City of Bullhead City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses or parts thereto.
