Renovation of a transportation facility in Bullhead City, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The scope of work includes renovating the public restrooms in Terminal A at Laughlin/Bullhead International Airport. The renovations will take place within the existing restroom footprint. The renovations include architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. All fixtures and finishes will be replaced. Each bid / proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount not less than 10 percent of the amount bid. The Successful Bidder shall be required to submit at the time of execution of the Contract a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond (Labor and Material), each for 100 percent of the Contract price. The Mohave County Airport Authority, Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all proposals; waive technicalities, if such waiver is in the best interest of the Authority and is in conformance with applicable state and local laws or regulations pertaining to the letting of construction contracts, advertise for new proposals, or otherwise proceed with the work. All such actions shall promote the Owner's best interests.
