Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bullhead City, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
Project Description: This project consists of renovations to the City of Bullhead City Municipal pool. This project will include engineering, construction drawings, materials, and labor to remove existing deck texture and re-coat with cool deck. The City of Bullhead City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses or parts thereto. Question Deadline 10/31/2023 at 4:00 PM MT Enclosed herewith is a certified or cashier s check or bid bond, payable to the City of Bullhead City, Arizona, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid. This check or bond is submitted as a guarantee that we will enter into a Contract, and furnish the required bonds in the event a contract is awarded us. Payment Bond: 100% Performance Bond: 100% Project Completion Date: After award, the City will work with Contractor to determine the most appropriate date for the notice to proceed. If the work can commence immediately, then the notice to proceed will be issued shortly after award and the work must be completed by no later than January 12, 2024. If the work cannot commence immediately, then the notice to proceed will be delayed until after January 22, 2024, and the work must be completed by no later than May 1, 2024.
