The project bids were rejected, Staff is reworking the scope and will rebid this project at a later date** The City of Bullhead City, Arizona is extending an Invitation for Bid (hereinafter "offer(s)" or "IFB") for the purchase and delivery of one hundred twenty (120) 240W solar arrays, 40 LED lights, cap arms and 22-foot poles. Brief procedural questions concerning this IFB can be directed to Susan Carroll, Administrative Analyst, 2355 Trane Road, Bullhead City, Arizona 86442 (928) 763-9400 extension 8500, FAX (928) 763-0131 or by email at scarroll@bullheadcityaz.gov. Technical questions regarding the substance of this IFB must be in writing and submitted to Dave Heath, Parks and Recreation Superintendent, by email at dheath@bullheadcityaz.gov and received no later than January 20, 2022. Questions may then be responded to by written amendment to this document.Oral statements or instructions do not constitute an amendment to the IFB. The City of Bullhead City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses or parts thereto.
