Renovation of an educational facility in Renton, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Work includes, but is not limited to: Reconfigure existing classroom to accommodate both a new networking lab. Demolish selective architectural, mechanical, and electrical components. Install four Owner furnished data racks and related equipment. Coordinate delivery of Owner furnished furniture with furniture vendor. Furniture vendor will be responsible for assembly. Provide all cabling and connections required once furniture is fully assembled. Provide power/data poles compatible with new furniture. Provide new exterior egress door. Modify and provide new lighting. Provide new mechanical equipment No Bid may be withdrawn, except with the express permission of the Ow ner, after the time set for the opening thereof, unless the award of Contract is delayed for a period exceeding 45 days Right to Reject: The Owner reserves the right to accept the lowest or any other Bid, the right to reject any or all Bids, and the right to waive any irregularities in any Bid. Withdraw of Bid: No Bid may be withdrawn, except with the express permission of the Ow ner, after the time set for the opening thereof, unless the award of Contract is delayed for a period exceeding 45 days.
