The Youngs Lake complex consists of twenty eight (28) 2-3 bedroom, 1-2 bathroom, single story single family homes built in 1958. The Youngs Lake Envelope and Roof project is comprised of (but is not limited to) the removal of the existing vinyl siding, foam insulation board, windows, exterior doors, building and unit signage, light fixtures, hose bibs, downspouts, roof vent boots, abandoning selected electrical service masts and all other work per scope and the drawings. Salvage and protect existing gutters, pipe fittings and communication boxes. Exterior work to include; new 5/8" exterior gypsum sheathing, new weather resistant barrier, flashings, fiber cement siding and composite trim, new doors and hardware, new windows, PVC mounting blocks for new lights, hose bibs, fire extinguishers, signage, venting, select roof repairs and exterior painting. Interior work to include new door and window trim, floor to door transition strips, GWB patching, interior paint finishes and window coverings.
