Site work for a civil project in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of January 19, 2022 the project has not been awarded yet.** The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for the excavation and installation of new waterline from the contact station to the shop. Directional bore minimum 6' underground 450' of new waterline to include tracer line. 1 1/2 HDPE @450 ft & 15 gpm = 4 psi drop. Cut the pipe and splice with needed fitting and install, Test before back filling. Backfill excavation area with clean fill, grade and compact, and pack to original grade. Clean up area haul away any unusable fill or debris that was excavated. Unit price must include all costs such as labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, use tax and all else necessary for completion of the project. Direct Pay Permit 1114 does not apply to this project. Award--Item, Group, Total: Responses that do not comply with the solicitation will be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. The award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and all terms and conditions. The State reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the State.
