Site work and new construction of a civil project in Battle Mountain, Nevada. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of February 18, 2022, the project has been awarded to Hunewill Construction for $2,752,084.50. The Lander County Commissioners will consider awarding the contract at the next regularly scheduled Commissioner's Meeting. To assure consideration, all proposals shall be made on the blank form of the proposal attached to these Specifications. The completed forms shall be included in the bound proposal and shall be enclosed and sealed in an envelope which is addressed to LANDER COUNTY CLERK, 50 State Route 305, Battle Mountain, Nevada 89820, and marked "New Sewer Lift Station and Force Main Project." Faxed Proposals will not be accepted. The Principal items of work for the New Sewer Lift Station and Force Main Project will consist of: BASE BID: 1) Installing One (1) 7.44 MGD submersible triplex sewer lift station and ancillary equipment on Allen Road; 2) Installing 3-phase power service, controls and standby power at the new sewer lift station; 3) Installing approximately 7,200 lineal feet of 12-inch HDPE sewer force main from Allen Road boring across Interstate 80 and Union Pacific Railroad and tying into the headworks the existing sewer plant. No proposal will be accepted from a Contractor who is not licensed for this type of work in accordance with the applicable Nevada Revised Statutes and qualified by the Nevada State Contractor's Board prior to bidding of the job. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities in any bid or in the bidding process. No bidder may withdraw their bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
